Ice Cream Roll Maker

I'm thinking of getting an ice cream roll maker, only $40.  I think it's originally Thai.  I've been watching relatively lots of videos on this, including even now in Thailand I think.  For some reason, the videos were like 10 minutes long mostly.  You mix, I think, sweetened condensed milk on this cold surface with another flavor, like chocolate, fruit, candy, etc.  You flatten it out and roll it up in a few rolls with one of the spatulas and get rolls of ice cream, like a few rolled up blankets in an ice cream cup.  I tasted some here for like $8, an Asian treat place, chocolate, and it was great, tasted good and still better healthwise.  Professionally, they might have a surface that looks a bit different and maybe bigger.  It serves a large cup of ice cream professionally.  I think you can make things like slushies, too, and can use soda.  I wonder if this is going around very popularly.  I've seen more Thai restaurants, too, as of late.
