A Chinese doctor in high school told me to jog 10 minutes every day. He died after a few years. It was sad. He invited me to spend time vacationing with his family, though we just met and he may have known my mom. They wanted me to teach his daughters I think piano, but I didn't think I was good enough yet. He has ancestry that served the emperor. Sad to say, he died several years later I think from something like a heart attack.
Now, I jog 30 minutes a few days a week and, for awhile, most days a week. I was in cross country for 2 years before seeing the Chinese doctor, too.
I thought of something else. I don't know if my dislocated ankle gets in the way of running or my pills that make me sleep a lot and not as awake. Anyway, maybe 10 minutes of floor workouts, especially for the abs and upper body, a day would be good, better than not I mean.
I also learned a long time ago you are supposed to keep your heart rate up to some maximum level for 1/2 hour a day.
I don't really jog that fast, but I'm getting stronger.
It's hard for me to heal and maybe grow muscles living in Orlando for some reason. I've always lived on the coast.
When I was in college, I jogged most days, too, maybe counting laps. I did other workouts and was in ballet, as a college minor. I also ate a lot of food and ate healthily. My downfall was sleep loss, doing schoolwork. Classes made most of the day go by.
